Team Development Actions (TDA’s)
Team Development Actions is a structured series of activities and assignments that aim to develop a team and its constituent members in a relevant competence or skill
(E.g. Feedback, coaching, motivation, conflict management etc).
Our TDA package includes everything that is needed to complete and drive the team development actions – from preparations for the manager to pre-recorded videos of examples. The TDA package includes:
- Guide instructions for the manager responsible for executing the intervention
- Participant handbook for the co-workers who’s participating in the intervention
- Power Point slide deck for the manager to use, including guided instructions and estimated time to spend on the slide and assignment
- Video including learning nuggets for the participants

Fundamental Leadership Program
KICK-OFF
A one hour preparation for the participants to understand the overall scope of the program, and how this learning journey will work together with the Promote platform.
LEADERSHIP FUNDAMENTALS
In the first phase, we introduce the key approaches, ideas and theories that we need to really have an understanding before we use the more concrete tools that we can apply with our team.
COMMUNICATION TOOLS
The second phase focuses on key tools of feedback and coaching, and how we improve our communication and lead teams.
TEAM DEVELOPMENT
In the third phase, we combine what we learned in phase one and two. Our aim here is to drive team performance, not only as a team, but also the individuals within that team, and really help them perform in their tasks.
KICK-OUT
A time to summarize the experiences and the results gained. One of the key questions to discuss here is “how will the participants maintain the momentum beyond the program?” What barriers do they anticipate meeting, and more importantly, how will they tackle them.
